Adam's GTM Report

Scrunch AI

Updated 2026-05-26

AEO/GEO platform that serves compressed, machine-readable content to AI crawlers rather than only measuring citations. Customers include RunPod, Lenovo, and Crunchbase. $19M raised. Recent moves: the Agent Experience Platform, Agent Traffic Monitoring, and partnerships with Stacker and Noble.

Presence Score64$19M, G2 High Performer; serve-to-crawlers play
Velocity Score40Cadence cooled; raise ~10mo old
Agent Readiness ScoreMediumAPI available; agent surface limited

Three scores, refreshed weekly from live market signals rather than a once-a-year analyst report. Presence is how established a vendor is in the market right now. Velocity is how fast they are shipping, raising, and winning customers. Agent Readiness is how easily your own agents can build on them through an API, MCP server, SDK, or CLI. Scores are relative across the vendors we track; the raw inputs ship in the downloadable dataset.

The Solution & Approach

Scrunch is a platform for brand optimization in generative AI environments, positioned in the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) category. Its differentiator from measurement-only AEO tools is the Agent Experience Platform (AXP): CDN-layer infrastructure that detects AI crawler traffic and routes it to a compressed, structured, machine-readable version of the site, reducing a typical pricing page from ~124K tokens to ~1.3K. It is compatible with Cloudflare, Akamai, and Vercel.

The product launched out of beta with four capabilities: Monitor (real-time visibility and sentiment across top AI search platforms), Knowledge Hub (discrepancies between owned content and AI outputs), Insights (recommendations to lift visibility), and Journey Mapping. It later added Agent Traffic Monitoring, a dashboard that reports the volume of AI agent visits, which platforms visit most, the type of agent activity (training vs. indexing vs. retrieval), and which pages draw the most attention.

The category POV is serve, don't just measure. Scrunch is building a partner ecosystem around the AXP layer to close the monitor-to-act loop: Noble automates publisher outreach at high-impact citation sources, and Stacker embeds AI search visibility reporting for earned media.

Best for

Brands that want to actively serve optimized content to AI crawlers at the CDN layer, not just monitor how they show up in AI answers.

Pricing & trial

Two tiers: Core at $250/mo (125 prompts, 4 LLMs, one workspace) and Enterprise (contact sales, 9 LLMs, API + MCP, SSO), with a 7-day free trial. Pricing.
